GET THE FIRST 3 MONTHS OF WORKOUTS. Every month for the next 3 months you will receive a new set of workouts so that you switch up your routine and create the most impact and results for your body. When you are finished with the 3 months you can go back and start from the beginning.

What you receive each month:

1) HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) videos

    - 3 workouts - 15 minutes long

    - 2 minute finisher 

    - 5 minute yoga stretch

2) Yoga Session

    - 1 yoga session lasting between 20-25 minutes

 

What you need:

- Yoga mat or one that is highly slip resistant

- Workout clothes - ideally tight fitted

- Yoga block or a large book to be a hand support

- Strap or band of some sort to help get yourself into some of the more advanced yoga poses

- Some hand weights - 2, 5, 10, 15 lbs (depending on your strength) - most times we will use our own body weight
